white fillings

The smallest and inexpensive changes to your teeth can often have a huge impact on your smile.

Minor chips, marks and colour defects are easily remedied. A small amount of white filling material that comes in many different shades is matched and moulded to your own tooth. This is a quick and inexpensive process with great results.

veneers

With the help of veneers we can reshape and improve small, spaced out, crooked or discoloured teeth. They are similar to false fingernails and are made of porcelain, which covers the outside facing of the tooth.

The procedure is painless and can completely transform your smile. crowns and bridges

If half or more of your tooth is missing or a large filling needs to be replaced, we would normally suggest that we make a crown. This is a great treatment because it will look like your original tooth and be very strong. Missing teeth have a variety of options from the minimalist glued on tooth called a Resin Bonded Bridge, to two missing teeth, where a more complex bridge would be used.

The best long term solution for missing teeth are implants. This is a permanent solution and one we would always recommend. It really does offer the best and most long lasting option when restoring your smile.

Angela came to see us at Penistone Dental Care as her old dentist had told her there was nothing they could do with her teeth and the only option available to her would be to have some of her teeth removed and be fitted with dentures.
